Minister’s Scholarship

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Wojciech Danowski has been awarded the Scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for Outstanding Young Scientists in the 21st edition of the programme.

The scholarship is one of the most prestigious distinctions for early-career researchers in Poland and is awarded to scientists with significant achievements in research activity. In this edition, 1,640 applications were submitted, and the scholarship was awarded to 230 outstanding young scientists. The scholarship is granted for a period of three years and amounts to PLN 5,390 per month.

Dr. Danowski received the award in the field of natural sciences, in the discipline of chemical sciences.

This recognition highlights his scientific achievements and ongoing contributions to the development of modern organic chemistry, molecular photoswitches, and light-responsive molecular systems.
