Prospective doctoral candidates have the opportunity to secure funding for a four-year period by submitting an application to the Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences (Univeristy of Warsaw). If you plan to pursue this option, kindly inform us beforehand so that we can initiate project registration promptly.
PhD students enrolled in the Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences are entitled to scholarships. These scholarships are structured as follows:
- during the initial 2 years of study (prior to the mid-term evaluation), PhD students receive a net amount ca. PLN 3700
- for the following 2 years after mid-term evaluation, the scholarship increases to a net amount ca. PLN 4700.
We encourage applicants to seek external funding to support their research endeavors within our laboratory. Independently funded individuals are invited to collaborate on research projects that align with our interests, spanning areas such as:
- molecular machines – Dr Danowski
- polymer chemistry – Dr Szczepaniak
- organic chemistry – Dr Wdowik
- antioxidants – Prof. Litwinienko
- catalysis – Dr Krogul-Sobczak
- nanotechnology – Prof. A. Kaim
